Notification Centre

If you wish for individual users within your organisation to be notified via email when an Unable to Match reason is received against a record your organisation owns (Submissions Received Notification), or a Unable to Match reason you submitted against another organisation has been resolved by them (Submissions Made – Resolution Notification) or when further resolved by them or by SSIP via an additional change (Submissions Made – Resolution Update Notification), then please tweak your settings here. 

Only the user account set as the Main Contact (On My Account page) can change these settings. 

Your Favourite Supplier Expirations





If your organisation is subscribed and you’d like an automatic email reminder when any supplier you favourite is due to expire within a time period, choose one of these boxes. For example, if you tick ‘4 Weeks’, you will get an email for when each supplier you have favourited is due to expire within 4 weeks of the expiry date. This includes the expiry of any other assessments that also exist against the same contractor.

‘When Certificate Expires’ means you will get an email notification on the same day that the certificate is expiring. 

You may tick one or more than one option – this preference impacts your own personal user account. The main contact for your organisation can also edit these preferences for you, as well as others in your team.

Favourite Supplier Notification Settings

Select the users in your organisation that will be notified of any expiring contractors, as well as their compared assessments (if other assessments are in place for that contractor). If your organisation is a subscriber, you may view your organisation’s favourites.
