If you are a User Admin for your organisation, you may edit a user’s role, add new users and deactivate existing users from this page.
If you add a new user to your organisation, they will receive a ‘Reset your password’ email to their email address, allowing them to set their password and log in (Please check Junk and Spam Folders). You can also share the Reset Password link with the new user if they did not receive the email.
There are three roles available for users:
User Admin – Ability to add, edit and remove users
Data Admin – Ability to carry out data uploads (If applicable to your organisation)
Standard – This is for most users who wish to simply use the SSIP Portal.
A user can also have both a User Admin role and a Data Admin Role if necessary.
If you deactivate a user, they will be deleted within an hour.
You may reactivate a deactivated user within that time period if you change your mind.
